For those inquiring minds...
I just had a doctor's appointment this morning, and things are going well. I'm about 1.5 centimeters dilated (no change from Monday) and 80% effaced (from 50% on Monday). Everything else looks good, and the doctor didn't seem to think that I was in danger of delivering in his office today. Sorry to disappoint! :)

Take some loonngg walks-lunges help too-and eat some spicy food :) I also remember Linz telling me that pedicures help...and they certainly don't hurt right??
